摘要：本研究对大学生学术不端行为进行了界定,明晰大学生学术不端行为的概念、内涵及其表现形式,论文抄袭、数据造假、考试作弊和枪手代写等行为都应属于学术不端的行为范畴。对大学生的学术不端行为影响因素进行分析,从环境因素、组织因素和大学生个人因素入手,构建了大学生学术不端行为的理论模型,厘清大学生学术失信的心理和行为变化脉络。
Basing on university students as a research objective, the purpose of this study is to empirically examine the sequential impact of personal factor, ambient factor and organization factor on academic misconduct behavior. This study indicates that personal factor such as study pressure, fluke mind are related significantly and positively to university students' academic misconduct behavior; ambient factor such as social atmosphere and teacher's effect are related negatively to university students' academic misconduct behavior; organization factor such as regulation and punishment are related negatively to university students' academic misconduct behavior.
