摘要：对东北国有林区进行产业集群式的助推发展,能够在极大程度上带动区域经济的协同性,有利于提升该地区林业产业的综合竞争力。东北国有林区林业产业集群的演进路径包括区域内企业的简单集聚、产业链纵向分工的形成、产业链横向关系的深化和集群企业发展的网络化等阶段。当前,在东北国有林区产业集群演进过程中还存在产业链不完整、产业附加值低,产业链区段化、协同效果不佳,链间缺乏合作、资源整合不足,集群水平偏低、带动效应较弱,支持力度不够、环境建设滞后等一系列问题。东北国有林区可通过延伸产业链、提升产业附加值,接通产业链、搭建供产高速路,拓展产业链、实现共赢式发展,借集聚效应、促产业链的蘖生,加厚产业链、融入专业化服务等手段,推进东北国有林区产业集群的健康成长。
To boost the development of China＇s northeast stated-owned forest industrial clusters will promote regional economic synergy to a large extent and is conducive to enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of the forestry industry in the region. The forestry industrial clusters evolution of China ＇s northeast stated-owned forest will take the following steps： the simple agglomeration of enterprises in the region,the formation of vertical division of industrial chain,deepening the horizontal relationship between the industrial chain,network development of cluster enterprise,etc. At present,there are some problems during the evolution,such as incomplete industrial chain,low value added,split of industrial chain,poor synergistic effect,lack of cooperation among the chains,insufficient resources integration,low level of industrial clusters,weak driving effect,less support,poor environment construction,etc. China＇s northeast state-owned forest region can achieve a win-win development by increasing added value,completing connection of the industrial chain to smooth supply and production process,extending and expanding the industrial chain,etc. Take the opportunity of industrial clusters evolution to promote the healthy growth of China＇s northeast state-owned forest region by breeding and deepening industrial chain,and integrating specialized services.
