摘要：近年来,党和国家关心大学生村官工作,大学生村官为青年知识分子成长道路增添了新的内涵,大学生村官为北京市社会主义新农村建设做出了贡献,高等学校对大学生村官要加强培养,做好大学生村官工作还需要政策的支持和社会各界的帮助。
In recent years, much concern has been paied to the program of cultivating village cardres from university graduates by the Party and the government. The carrying out of this program has greatly enriched the connotations of the road of cultuvating youth intellectuals in this country. The village cardres from university graduates have made a great contribution to the construction of new socialist villages in Beijing. Universities and colleges, however, need to reinforce the cultivation of village cardres and to explore stronger support of policies from both the government and all walks of life.
