摘要：对内幕交易的研究始于证券监管的历史,近年来,随着理论的发展和数据的充足以及越来越多的国家加强对内幕交易的监管,内幕交易已成为金融市场理论中的热点研究领域。本文在综合国外研究成果的基础上,着重从理论、模型及实证三个方面对其发展进行了深入论介,最后对其未来的发展方向和研究重点提出了展望。
The studies of insider trading begin with the history of securities supervising. With the developing theory and increasing data of insider trading, more and more countries have enhanced supervising in the stock market. Discussion on the insider trading in the forward position of financial research and practice as well as a hot point in western countries. The paper gives a detailed and thorough introduction the theory mainly in three aspects of its theory, principal model and empirical evidence. At the end of the paper, put forward its prospects for the future development and focal research point.
