摘要:从治理的理念以及社区的发展经验来看,北京社区管理模式正在向着社区自治的方向发展,同时也带动了社区人才队伍需求的变化。立足于北京社区管理模式发展趋势对社区人才的要求,根据对北京社区人才状况所进行的调查和对社区人才队伍现状的分析,加强社区人才队伍建设可以采取以下方法:完善法规、制订社区人才队伍建设规划、理顺关系、落实待遇以及加大社区人才培养教育力度、培育社区人才市场。
The managerial model of Beijing's community is in process of changing to community autonomy, which also leads to the changes on the demand of community' s talents team, according to the managerial ideas and developmental experiences of community. Based on the demand of the developmental trend of Beijing community' s managerial model putting on the community's talents team, this paper, according to the survey of the talents team in Beijing communities, analyzes the present situation and the main problems of communities' talents team and concludes several countermeasures, such as fulfilling the current laws and regulations, formulating construction plans on talen^s team, offering better environment and treatment, on-work training and education, and developing talents exchange market to strengthen communities' team construction in Beijing.
