摘要:[研究目的]作为一项世界范围内被广泛应用的创新方法,萃智理论(TRIZ),意为发明问题解决理论,该理论是否仍适用于当前新产业的发展需求一直是研究的焦点问题。因此,有必要对萃智理论的适用性、应用效果进行深入研究。[研究方法]基于2022年到2024年北京地区企业应用萃智理论的370份有效案例,采用数据统计方法,对该理论的适用性、应用效果进行综合分析。[研究结论]研究结果显示:第一,萃智理论在北京地区的45个行业领域内均有应用,在央国企的应用更为普遍;第二,22种萃智理论工具在不同行业领域有具体应用,说明不同类型企业能够针对不同类型问题有的放矢地使用萃智理论工具,其中制造业使用因果链分析工具较多,科学研究和技术服务业使用功能分析工具较多;第三,萃智理论的应用有助于企业提高知识效益、经济效益和社会效益,且在知识效益的提升方面效果最为明显;第四,该理论的应用还有助于企业工程师的培养。
[Research purpose]As an innovative method widely used worldwide,whether TRIZ(theory of inventive problem solving)is still applicable to the current new industrial development needs has always been a research focus.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct in-depth research on the applicability and application effects of the TRIZ method.[Research method]Based on 370 cases of TRIZ method applied by enterprises in Beijing from 2022 to 2024,this article uses data statistical methods to comprehensively analyze the applicability and application effects of TRIZ.[Research conclusion]The research results show that,firstly,TRIZ has been applied in 45 industry sectors in Beijing,and its application is more common in state-owned enterprises;secondly,the 22 TRIZ tools have specific applications in different industries,indicating that different types of enterprises can use different TRIZ tools targeted at different types of problems.The manufacturing industry uses causal chain analysis tools more frequently,while the scientific research and technology service industry uses functional analysis tools more frequently.Thirdly,the application of TRIZ can help enterprises improve their knowledge efficiency,economic efficiency,and social efficiency,with the most significant effect on enhancing knowledge efficiency.Fourthly,the application of TRIZ also contributes to the training of enterprise engineers.
