摘要：本研究以隆福文化街区为例,在分析街区发展现状的基础上构建游客满意度评价指标体系,对街区游客满意度进行评价。研究结果表明:游客对隆福文化街区传统文化与现代文化共生评价最高,对街道布局和功能评价最低。历史街巷形态保护、街区传统文化通过创意手段与现代文化融合水平、街区商业(业态)定位具有鲜明的特色、优化商业空间尺度、改善内外部交通设施等会显著提升游客满意度。
This study takes Longfu cultural district as an example and constructs an evaluation index system for tourist satisfaction to evaluate tourist satisfaction,and conducts a regression analysis on the influencing factors of tourist satisfaction.The survey findings show that:The tourists in Longfu cultural district have the highest evaluation on the symbiosis between traditional culture and modern culture,and the lowest evaluation on street layout and functional dimension.At the same time,it puts forward improvement measures to pay more attention to the historic street form,fully tap the commercial cultural heritage,realize the integration and mutual promotion of business forms,optimize the commercial spatial scale,strengthen the internal and external traffic facilities,increase the opening time,and pay attention to the influence of dfferent factors on the satisfaction of tourists.
