摘要：以北京儿童医院和首都儿研所为例,通过问卷调查和GIS等数据,分析两家医院的医疗服务空间范围,探究就医者在就诊医院和出行方式选择方面的影响因素,以期为了解儿童就医行为、合理配置儿童医疗资源及优化儿童就医模式等提供参考。研究发现:从地理区位比较,北京儿童医院和首都儿研所的医疗服务空间范围存在明显差异;综合来看,本地就医者来自城区的数量较多,外地就医者来自华北地区的较多,存在明显的地理空间邻近性;儿童就医医院选择的主要影响因素是出行因素和医疗机构因素,其中,在京出行方式中的公共交通和慢行交通,以及就诊科室中的口腔科、泌尿科、普外科、神经科和心脏内科是影响儿童就医医院选择的显著性因素;儿童就医出行方式选择的主要影响因素是个人因素和家庭因素,其中,年龄和是否在北京常住、家庭收入和汽车拥有量是影响儿童就医出行方式选择的显著性因素。
Taking the well-known children s hospital in Beijing such as Beijing Children's Hospital and the Capital Paediatric Research Institute as examples,the medical service spacial scope of the two hospitals were analyzed through questionnaires and GIS spatial data,and the influencing factors in choice of hospitals for health seeking and of travel mode were explored in order to provide reference for understanding children s medical treatment behavior,allocating children s medical resources reasonably,and optimizing children s medical treatment modes.The study comes to some conclusions.First of all,from the comparison of geographical location,there are obvious differences in the scope of medical service space between Beijing Children's Hospital and Capital Paediatric Research Institute.Secondly,from the overall perspective of the two hospitals,the larger number of local medical seekers come from urban areas while the greater amount of non-local medical seekers come from North China.There is obvious spatial proximity on the source of medical seekers.Once more,the main factors influencing the choice of hospitals for children s medical treatment are related to traveling and medical institution.Such travel modes as public transportation and slow-moving transportation in Beijing,and such clinic departments as stomatology,urology,general surgery,neurology and cardiology are significant factors influencing the choice of hospitals for children's medical treatment.The main factors influencing the travel mode choice of children's medical seeking are about individuals and families,among which,age,being a local resident or not,family income and car ownership are significant factors that affect the travel mode choice of children's medical seeking.
