摘要:批判性思维能力是商科大学生的核心素养,也是他们在数字经济时代成长为高素质商界骨干人才的关键要素。该文通过分析商科专业批判性思维教育的目标及主要内容,厘清了批判性思维教育一方面要培养学生的理性和反思精神,另一方面要培养学生掌握批判性思维的技能与方法。另外,从建设批判性思维课程,系统阐述批判性思维的本质及方法;优化专业课程,将批判性思维教育有针对性地融入专业内容;利用第二课堂,提升学生运用批判性思维解决问题的能力3个方面详细分析了批判性思维教育融入商科人才培养的路径,以期给同类院校提供一定的参考借鉴。
Critical thinking ability is the core competence of business college students,and also the key factor for them to grow into high-quality business backbone in the digital economy era.By analyzing the objectives and main contents of critical thinking education in business majors,it is clarified that critical thinking education should,on the one hand,cultivate students'rational and reflective spirit,and on the other hand,students should also be trained to master the skills and methods of critical thinking.In addition,the path of integrating critical thinking education into business talent training are analyzed in detail from three aspects.That is construction of critical thinking course,explaining the essence and methods of critical thinking systematically,integrating critical thinking contents into professional courses to optimize them,using the second class,improving students'ability of problem solving by using of critical thinking.We expect to provide a certain reference for the similar institutions.
