摘要：以2008~2011年中国沪深两市A股制造业上市企业为研究对象,采用GLS估计方法对国际化程度与企业创新投入的关系进行实证分析,并进一步研究了企业制度的调节作用。研究发现企业国际化程度与创新投入正相关;政府股权作为一种企业内部的制度因素,削弱了国际化程度对创新投入的正向影响强度;而外资股权对国际化程度与创新投入的正向关系强度的调节则不显著,这说明我国企业的＂内向国际化＂尚不足以达到提升＂外向国际化＂创新效果的水平。
Taking Chinese A-share manufacturing listed firms as research samples,empirically tests the impact of the degree of internationalization on innovation input and the moderating role of inner firm institution factors.Results show that degree of internationalization positively impacts innovation input,and government share weaken the relationship between the two while foreign share＇s strengthen role is insignificant,which illustrates＇ Inward Internationalization＇is not enough to achieve the level to promote the innovation effect of‘outward internationalization＇.
