摘要：藏族盲人需要科学实用的藏语盲文和简写方案。我国目前还没有成熟的藏语盲文方案。现有的两套盲文方案不符合触觉阅读规律和藏语语言规律。藏语盲文研究应把研制基本方案和简写方案同时进行,要充分发挥后发优势。根据藏语字母拼合规律、使用频率,布莱尔符号的触觉可感性设计字母符号,整体优化藏语盲文的触觉品质。藏语盲文要实现藏语字母使用规律与布莱尔符号触觉规律相结合,形成科学、简明的藏语盲文及简写方案。
The blind people in Tibet need a scientific and practical program of Tibetan-language Braille and its abbreviations, but presently there is no mature program of Tibetan-language Braille in China. The existing two programs of Tibetan-language Braille are not consistent with the rules of both tactile reading and Tibetan language. The research into Tibetan-language Braille is supposed to focus on both the basic program and the abbreviations, and give full play to late-coming advantages. According to the rules for the combination of Tibetan letters, the frequency of using these letters, and the tactility of Braille symbols, the letter symbols of the Tibetan language can be designed in pursuit of the overall optimization of the tactility of Tibetan-language Braille. Tibetan-language Braille is supposed to combine the rules of using Tibetan letters and the rules of tactility in Braille symbols, and a scientific and concise Tibetan-language Braille and its abbreviations are expected to be created.
