摘要:目前,用于处理污水厂污泥的化学处理、热处理、厌氧消化等处理技术存在成本较高的问题,阻碍了其在实际工程中的应用。黑水虻幼虫(BSFL)生物转化技术具有对设备要求低、工艺简单、成本较低、可将污泥营养物质转化为生物量的优点,因此可作为无害化处理污泥的低成本替代技术,以减轻污泥处理的经济压力。综述了BSFL生物转化技术处理污水厂污泥的现状、性能和局限性,详细讨论了其在碳回收、氮保存、减量化、病原菌抵抗力、重金属抗性等方面的性能,并针对污水厂污泥特性提出了添加共基质或采用发酵法以提高BSFL生物转化率的策略,以期在减少产品碳足迹的同时,降低运行成本,进而实现污泥的资源化利用。
At present,chemical treatment,heat treatment,anaerobic digestion and other treatment technologies used to treat sewage sludge have high cost problems,which hinder their application in practical engineering.The biotransformation technology of black solider fly larvae(BSFL)has the advantages of low requirements for equipment,simple process,low cost,and can transform sludge nutrients into biomass.Therefore,it can be used as a low-cost alternative technology for harmless sludge treatment,so as to reduce the economic pressure of sludge treatment.The current status,performance and limitations of BSFL biotransformation technology in treating sewage sludge were reviewed.And its performance in carbon recovery,nitrogen conservation,reduction,pathogen resistance,heavy metal resistance and other aspects were discussed in detail.According to the characteristics of sewage sludge,the strategy of adding co-substrate or adopting fermentation method to improve the biological transformation rate of BSFL was proposed.It was expected to reduce the carbon footprint of the product,reduce the operation cost,and then realize the resource utilization of sludge.
