摘要:通过对我国15所特殊教育师资培训机构和一所学校的教学计划的调查与分析,发现我国高校特殊教育专业教师的专业素养亟需提高,毕业生和现实需要之间的差距明显。具体表现为:这些专业的教师博士拥有率较低,只占教师数的22.7%;地方本科院校的高级职称比例低于全国高校的平均数;这些教师的专业分布不能满足特殊教育教师培养的需求,一些教师特殊教育经验不足;毕业生的数量和质量不能满足特殊教育学校的需要,其原因除去高校教师的因素外,还有特殊教育的专业向不明确、教学计划不能满足特殊学校的现实需要、使用的教材不能实现理论与实践密切结合等。
By investigating 15 institutions of special education teacher training and analyzing one teaching plan of an university in China, the result shows that the professional quality of the teachers from those institutions needs improving, that the difference is also obvious between the practice requirement and graduates, such as only 22.7% of the teachers from special education major possessing Doctor degree, senior teachers of the local undergraduate colleges less than the mean level of the bachelor university in China, the teacher's professional orientation not fitting the need of special education teacher training, some teachers lacking expe- rience of special education, etc. The quantity and quality of the graduates cannot meet the need of special education schools be- cause of teachers in universities, professional orientation, teaching plans, and teaching materials.
