摘要：根据当前北京“全国文化中心”和功能核心区文化建设的要求,在阐释功能核心区地名文化遗产内涵和类型的基础上,系统探讨核心区自然实体相关、政区聚落、城市交通以及古迹名胜等类地名文化遗产的文化特点,在分析核心区地名文化遗产保护存在问题的基础上提出了重视地名文化遗产和价值挖掘以及法规、规划、管理机制、标准化、监管和信息化等方面的建设和提升路径及对策。
According to the requirements on the current cultural construction of Beijing’s"National Cultural Center"and the functional core area,this paper systematically discusses the cultural characteristics on such place name heritages as natural entities,Administrative Districts and Settlements,urban transportation and historic sites in the core area on the basis of explaining the connotation and types of geographical name heritages.Based on the analysis about the protection problems of place name heritages in the core area,this paper also puts forward some paths and countermeasures for the construction and improvement of the place name heritages,including paying attention to place name heritages and their value,laws and regulations,planning,management mechanism,standardization,supervision and informatization.It will help protecting the cultural heritages of place name and the old city in the core area,and improving the management level and public service level of place names in Beijing.
