摘要：应用型大学是一种新兴的以高等职业教育和高级技术性人才培养为主体的综合性大学群体,它的发展已越来越成为社会关注的焦点。研究应用型大学图书馆管理活动及其规律,旨在建立一个应用型大学图书馆馆藏资源建设的基本理论范畴和在此理论指导下的馆藏资源建设的体系模式,科学规划,合理布局,藏以致用,有效共享,从而高效能地组织和发展馆藏资源,最大限度地实现"藏以致用,服务社会"的图书馆宗旨和"一切为了读者"的图书馆发展方向。
A study of library management activities and of their rules in an applied university is made in this paper to frame a basic theory concerning the construction of library resources in applied universities. Under the guidance of this theory, a systematic mode has been explored in the construction of library resources, scientific planning, rational distribution, collection for practical use, and effective sharing. In this way, library resources can be effectively organized and developed, so as to make the best use of the resources, to achieve the library goal of ＂rich collection for practical use and social services＂ and to tailor a reader-oriented way of library construction.
