摘要：商业伦理教育是提升企业伦理水平,保障企业长期健康发展的关键要素之一,是AACSB(国际精英商学院协会)等全球权威商学院认证体系认证的重要指标。除了灌输基本的伦理原则外,商科院校的商业伦理课程应超越传统的说教式教学,采用案例教学、体验式教学、伦理题库、与实务界更密切的合作教学等方式更有效的提升伦理教学效果。
Business ethics education is one of the key measures to enhance the level of business ethics and pro- tect corporate long-term healthy development. It is important indicators of AACSB and other global authority of busi- ness school accreditation system. In addition to the basic ethical principles, the Business Ethics course in Business Colleges should go beyond the traditional didactic teaching and could use case teaching, teaching experience, ethics exam, and closer cooperation with practitioners and other methods to enhance the ethical teaching more effectively.
