摘要：Exchange rate of Renminbi (RMB) has become a controversial topic amongst scholars and governmental officials at home and abroad. RMB has appreciated more than 20 percent with a cautious step since exchange rate reform in 2005. Figures show that despite rising RMB, exports from China still enjoyed a robust growth. Many researches indicated there is no direct relation between RMB and trade deficit with China in US. The RMB is correlated closely with economic wellbeing of China, even might have a sort of political implications for China. An old policy existing for a long period which requires businesses to sell payment in dollar only to People's Bank of China contribute largely to the inflation in China. For the trajectory of RMB, it seemingly continue to rise but with a very small deviation, and authority has to consider small and medium enterprises living on exporting and high price inflation when we decide further reforms concerning RMB.
