摘要:"双师型"教师是培养新时代创新型高素质人才的骨干力量,"双师型"教师队伍建设是应用型大学发展的重要举措,受到越来越多高校的重视。以北京联合大学为例,从教师、学生、企业、高校管理部门等多维度对"双师型"教师队伍建设的情况和存在的问题进行了调研和分析,总结归纳出应用型大学"双师型"教师队伍发展的现状和面临的问题,进而有针对性地提出机制优化的方案。
"Double-qualified teachers" are the backbone of cultivating innovative high-quality talents in the new era, and the construction of "double-qualified teachers" is an important measure for the development of application-oriented universities, which has attracted more and more attention. Taking Beijing Union University as an example, the paper investigates and analyzes the situation and existing problems of the construction of double-qualified teachers from the perspectives of teachers, students, enterprises, university management departments, etc., sums up the problems faced by the construction of the double-qualified teachers in application-oriented universities, and then puts forward the scheme of mechanism optimization.
