摘要：随着人口老龄化程度加剧,年长创业者数量不断增加。年长创业者的创业行为过程可能呈现出一些特殊性。文章运用扎根理论方法从过程导向的视角初步构建了年长创业者的创业行为过程模型。研究发现:(1)职业生涯发展困境和创业资源使年长创业者创业动机的产生呈现出两种不同路径。(2)年长创业者创业动机分为事业成就动机、独立自主动机、社会责任动机和就业机会与保障动机。(3)规避风险和问题导向是年长创业者应对创业障碍的重要行为策略。研究结论加深了对推动因素和拉动因素的理解,拓展和深化了年长创业者创业行为特征研究,推进了本土情境下的年长创业者研究,对年长创业者和计划创业的年长者的创业活动具有重要的指导意义。
With the aging population,the number of older entrepreneurs is increasing.The entrepreneurial process of older entrepreneurs may show some particularities.This study explores the entrepreneurial process model of older entrepreneurs from a process-oriented perspective using the grounded theory.The results show that:First of all,career development dilemma and entrepreneurial resources make the generation of entrepreneurial motivation of older entrepreneurs present two different paths.Secondly,the entrepreneurial motivation of older entrepreneurs can be divided into career achievement motivation,independence motivation,social responsibility motivation,employment opportunity and security motivation.Thirdly,risk aversion and problem orientation are important strategies for older entrepreneurs to deal with entrepreneurial barriers.The results deepen the understanding of the"Push"and"Pull"factors,enrich the research on the characteristics of entrepreneurial behaviors of the older entrepreneurs,and broaden the research on the older entrepreneurs in the local context,which have an important guiding significance for the entrepreneurial activities of the older entrepreneurs and the other older people who plan to be entrepreneurs.
