摘要：非遗声像档案作为记录和传承文化的重要资源,承载了无法用文字完全表述的动态和视听信息,具有不可替代的历史和文化价值,是记录、传承和保护非遗文化的重要手段。当前,非遗声像档案在开发利用中面临一些问题,如“标准化建设不足、著录整理有待加强、审核开放程度有待提升、开放利用渠道有待创新”等。结合非遗声像档案资源的特点和价值,分析问题产生的原因,并提出切实的建议,以期助力非遗声像档案资源的传承和保护。
As an important resource for recording and inheriting culture,audiovisual archives of intangible cultural heritage carry dynamic and audiovisual information that cannot be fully expressed in words,and have irreplaceable historical and cultural value,which is an important means of recording,inheriting and protecting intangible cultural heritage.At present,there are some problems in the development and utilization of intangible cultural heritage audiovisual archives,such as"insufficient standardization construction,need-to-be-strengthened description and arrangement,need-to-be-improved audit openness,and need-to-be-innovated open utilization channels",Based on the characteristics and value of audiovisual archival resources of intangible cultural heritage,this paper analyzes the causes of the problems,and puts forward practical suggestions to help the inheritance and protection of audiovisual archival resources of intangible cultural heritage.
