摘要：针对中小企业知识管理平台构建中的关键技术进行了初步的探析,并提供了解决方案。其中主要涉及:知识管理平台组建的总体结构,采用的Web Service服务、组件构建技术、知识收集技术、知识的存贮与展示技术、通讯组件技术、全文检索技术、工作流技术和安全体系设计等内容。
According to the problems which exist in SME knowledge management, several key technologies of Knowledge Management System are focused on and some preliminary solutions are provided. The way of establishing infrastructure of knowledge management platform and the methods of realizing several technologies, such as web service, construction component technology, knowledge collecting technology, knowledge storing and displaying technology, colnmunica.tion component technology, article index technology, workflow technology and security system designing technology are suggested.
