摘要:应用型大学研究生和谐师生关系深刻影响人才培养质量,是连接理论学习与实践创新、衔接校园培养与社会需求的关键纽带。通过访谈与问卷调查,探索并验证了研究生师生关系的维度结构,构建了较为完善的测量量表,并基于空间生产理论,深入分析了应用型大学研究生和谐师生关系的主要影响因素,探究了各因素的作用机制与影响路径。结果显示:研究生个体素质和能力对师生关系有显著的负向影响,学校制度环境和社会文化环境对研究生师生关系有显著的正向影响,导师个体素质和能力、朋辈影响对研究生师生关系没有显著影响。基于上述结果,从导师实施差异化培养与动态干预、学校强化制度引导与监督、师生与学校协同引导舆论3个方面,提出了构建和谐师生关系的建议。
The harmonious teacher-student relationship for graduate students in application-oriented universities exerts a profound influence on the quality of talent cultivation,serving as a crucial link connecting theoretical learning with practical innovation,and bridging campus-based training with societal needs.Through interviews and questionnaires,this study explores and verifies the dimensional structure of the teacher-student relationship for graduate students,develops a relatively comprehensive measurement scale,and based on the theory of spatial production,conducts an in-depth analysis of the main influencing factors of harmonious teacher-student relationships in application-oriented universities,as well as their mechanisms and pathways of impact.The results indicate that graduate students’individual qualities and abilities have a significant negative impact on the teacher-student relationship,while the institutional environment of the university and the socio-cultural environment have significant positive impacts.In contrast,supervisors’individual qualities and abilities,along with peer influence,do not show significant effects.Based on the above findings,the study proposes suggestions for constructing teacher-student relationships from three aspects:supervisors implementing differentiated training and dynamic interventions,universities strengthening institutional guidance and supervision,and supervisors,graduate students,and universities collaboratively guiding public opinion.
