摘要：融资租赁是现代经济生活中的一个重要的金融工具,为各国社会经济的发展发挥了积极的促进作用。自经济体制改革初期我国从国外借鉴、引进了融资租赁交易模式,经历了跌宕曲折的艰难发展,融资租赁市场尚处于初级阶段,政府多头管理、扶持不力、法律环境欠缺,以及企业自身存有的问题,使得我国融资租赁业难以获得深入、可持续地发展。当前,应当充分发挥税收的调节作用,完善相关立法,改善融资租赁市场客观发展的环境,进一步调动企业的积极性,保障融资租赁交易安全,推动我国融资租赁市场的全面发展。
The financial leasing market in China is now still at its primary stage. Because of the insuficient support from the government, the lack of a legal market environment, and the problems of enterprises themselves, it is difficult for Chinese financial leasing market to develop sustainably. At present, it is necessary to make the best use of tax regulation, to perfect relevant legislation and to improve the market environment for financial leasing in China, so as to further stimulate the enthusiasm of enterprices and to protect the transaction security of financial leasing in China.
