摘要:不断提高自身的课堂调度能力,是青年教师成为一名合格教师的基本素养,这为以后成为优秀的高校教师奠定了良好的教学基础。从青年教师在工作之初容易出现的问题入手,从客观原因和主观原因上给予了分析,并提出了自己的思考和启示,指出只有完成从本色扮演向角色扮演的身份转变,青年教师在工作中的驾驭能力才能够得到进一步提高。青年教师可以结合自身实际情况,采用“教学经验的累积—教学魅力的培养—教学风格的形成”的改进路径,逐步提升自身的课堂调度能力。
Studying how to improve one's own classroom dispatching ability is the basic literacy of young teachers to become a qualified teacher,which lays a good teaching foundation for becoming excellent college teachers in the future.This paper firstly describes the problems that young teachers are prone to at the beginning of their work,and then it gives an analysis from the aspects of objective and subjective reasons.At last,it points out that young teachers can be further improved in their work only by completing the identity transformation from the character-playing to the role-playing.Young teachers can combine their own actual situation and adopt the improvement path of"accumulation of teaching experience-cultivation of teaching charm-formation of teaching style"to gradually improve their classroom dispatching ability.
