摘要：近年来,随着计算机技术和互联网络的发达,我国很多高校学报都建立了自己的数字化学术平台,但由于认识不到位、资金投入不足和实施不力,致使学报数字化学术平台没有发挥应有的功能。高校学报数字化学术平台应该充分发挥稿件采编功能、学术交流功能、编者作者读者互动功能,尤其是数字化出版功能,走规模化、集成化道路,以适应高校学报发展与竞争的现实需要,解决期刊综合性和专业性孰优孰劣之间的矛盾,这对我国学报的生存发展至关重要。
In recent years, with the development of computer technology and Internet, many university academic journals have established their own digital platforms, but because there is a lack of good understanding of it, a monetary shortage and a poor application, they have failed to play their proper role. The platforms should fully play their roles in editing, academic exchanging, and t interacting between editors and readers and especially digi- talized publishing and take a large scale and wide integration road in order to be adapted to the development and competition and solve the contradiction, in journals, between comprehensiveness and specialization, which is vital to the survival and development of academic journals in our country.
