摘要：1945年"历史周期率"难题被提出后,中国共产党几代中央领导集体进行了不懈的探索和实践,取得了许多重大成果。党的十六大以来,以胡锦涛同志为总书记的中央领导集体在前几代不断探索和实践的基础上,对跳出"历史周期率"进行了新的探索和实践。加强党的建设,为跳出"历史周期率"提供根本保证;科学执政、民主执政、依法执政,为跳出"历史周期率"提供新路径;构建社会主义和谐社会,加强社会建设,为跳出"历史周期率"提供社会基础。
Since the puzzle of ＂periodic law of ups and downs＂ was put forward in 1945, several generations of the CPC central leading collective have made unswerving exploration and reached many great achievements. Since the Sixteenth National Congress of the Party, the central leading collective with Comrade Hu Jintao as gen- eral secretary has made new exploration and practice in attempting to detach from this periodic law. Strengthe- ning party building provides radical guarantee for this detachment;scientific governance, democratic governance and rule of law provide new paths for this detachment;and building socialist harmonious society and strengthe- ning social construction provide social foundation for this detachment.
