The paper discusses the innovation of the pattern of library management in a multi-campus uni versity from the perspective of synergetics and the experience of practical work.Unified purchase and cat aloguing is a vital measure taken to realize the change in organization management pattern in a multi-cam pus university.This paper,based on synergetic management,focus on discussing the significance unified purchase and cataloguing has and its concrete implementation strategy.
