摘要:提出了产品体验协作设计方法,包括产品体验协作设计过程模型、多学科协作产品体验设计框架、体验隐性要素和显性要素协作设计模型、AR系统的体验设计流程。由于导览产品体验设计为装备制造业、城市管道监测、参观等方面的升级具有重要意义,以导览产品为例,运用产品体验协作设计方法进行了原型设计,应用增强现实技术优化了用户体验过程,验证了协作设计方法的可行性,为相关行业进行用户体验设计提供参考。
The product experience collaborative design method was proposed, it includes the following four parts: product experience collaborative design process model, multi-disciplinary collaborative product experience design framework, the recessive and dominant elements experience collaborative design model and the experience design procedure of augment reality system. Due to the fact that the navigation product experience design is of significance in upgrade of equipment manufacturing industry, city pipeline monitoring and sightseeing. Taking navigation product as an example, prototype design was carried out using product experience collaborative design method, meanwhile,user experience process was optimized by applying augmented reality, which verifies the feasibility of the collaborative design method and provides references for user experience design of related industries.
