摘要：盲人文化教育需要能够准确记录国家通用语言的盲文方案。国家盲文方案在保持现行盲文根本稳定的前提下,扬弃了"一般不标调"的规则,能够准确记录国家通用语言,促进盲文信息化。基于较大规模的盲文语料库和汉语数据库,国家盲文方案将汉语音节按声母分组,每组省写同一个声调,做到了盲文篇幅增量小,记忆负担小,易学易用,新旧衔接顺畅,从根本上解决现行盲文60多年来声调猜谜问题。
During the literacy and education for visually-impaired persons, it is necessary to accurately record the common Chinese language in Braille. By thoroughly changing the rule of ＂generally marking no tones＂ based on the stability of the current Chinese Braille, we accurately record the common Chinese language and promote Chinese Braille informatization. Based on the large-scale Braille corpus and Chinese database, the Chinese-language syllables can be grouped by initial consonants, with the same tone being omitted in each group so that there is only a slight increase in the words of the Chinese Braille, which will be easily learned and used; thus, the learners will never have to guess the tones of the Chinese Braille.
