摘要：搞好查档服务,是建设公共档案馆、促进档案工作系统良性发展的必然要求。基于查档者的视角,笔者对北京市国家综合档案馆提供的查档服务进行了抽样调查。结合调查结果,文章分析了查档服务工作中存在的主要问题,并采用系统论等研究方法提出了解决对策。
It's essential to do well the job of serving to consult archives in order to construct public archival institution and push forward archival work system. Based on the perspective of archives consulter, the author made sample surveyfor the job of serving to consult archives provided byBeijing municipal and District archival institutions. Combining the survey results, the thesis analyzed the major problems and provided Solution countermeasure according to system theory and other methodology.
