摘要：从财务管控风险、经营管控风险、知识产权自身风险和政府行为相关风险四个纬度构建一套完整的知识产权质押融资企业风险的量化指标评价体系,运用群效用的最大化与个体遗憾的最小化原理,建立基于VIKOR方法的知识产权质押融资风险评价模型,并对选取的样本进行了风险评价。研究结果表明。
The risk evaluation system of intellectual property pledge financing was designed in 4 fields,including the financial management risk,business management risk,intellectual property risk and government behavior risk. By using VIKOR method,this paper presented an evaluation model,which was applied to evaluate the risk of intellectual property pledge financing. The result showed that the comprehensive evaluation model can effectively evaluate the risk of intellectual property pledge in high- tech enterprises.
