摘要：企业家精神、创新文化、高质量发展看似不同的术语,但是其存在相互关联的递增关系.企业家精神对于推动技术创新、产业结构演进、社会财富积累甚至是制度变迁具有重要作用,是全社会的宝贵财富.新时代要激发企业家精神,营造创新文化环境,才能实现高质量发展.本文从企业家和企业家精神的来源与含义入手,分析创新文化、高质量发展的时代特征与本质内容,从中寻找企业家精神、创新文化与高质量发展的内在逻辑.
Entrepreneurship,innovation culture,and high-quality development seem to be different terms,but there is an increasing relationship between them.Entrepreneurship plays an important role in promoting technological innovation,industrial structure evolution,social wealth accumulation and even institutional change,and is the precious wealth of the whole society.In the new era,we need to stimulate entrepreneurship and create a cultural environment for innovation to achieve high-quality development.Starting from the source and meaning of entrepreneurs and entrepreneurship,this paper analyzes the characteristics and essential contents of The Times of innovation culture and high-quality development,and seeks the internal logic of entrepreneurship,innovation culture and high-quality development.
