摘要：生态安全关系到国家民生问题,是21世纪人类经济社会环境可持续发展的新主题,基于生态安全的企业社会责任管理是当今经济社会需要。文章首先概述了生态安全,然后探讨了生态安全视角的企业社会责任管理问题和企业社会责任管理层次模型,通过生态安全角度的企业社会责任管理相关因素分析,以生态安全为中心,以生态环境保护为核心,以资源环境承载力为基础,以人与自然和谐发展为目标,最后提出了基于生态安全的企业社会责任管理"五位一体"模式、"三维一体"模式和"三生共赢"模式,加强企业社会责任管理,促进生产发展、生态改善、生活提高,促进经济、社会、环境的可持续发展。
Ecological security is related to national people＇s livelihood problem,it is the 21 st century new theme for the sustainable development of human economic and social environment.Corporate social responsibility management based on ecological security is the current economic and social needs.This paper first summarizes the ecological security,and then discusses the corporate social responsibility management and corporate social responsibility management hierarchical model in the ecological safety angle.Based on the ecological security angle of the corporate social responsibility management related factors analysis,centering on the ecological security and ecological environment protection as the core,based on the resource environmental bearing capacity,to aim at the harmonious development of man and nature,finally this paper puts forward the corporate social responsibility based on ecological security management ＂five one＂ mode,＂three-dimensional＂mode and ＂stroke of win-win＂ mode.The purpose is to strengthen corporate social responsibility management,promote the production development,ecological and life improvement,furthermore,to promote the sustainable development of economy,society and environment.
