摘要：本文在对北京联合大学特殊教育学院青年教师的课堂教学进行大量听课的基础上,分析了聋人高等学校青年教师的教学现状,指出了聋人高等学校青年教师教学中存在的一些问题,提出了改进聋人高等学校青年教师教学工作的几点建议。
By lots of observations on young teachers at the Special Education College of Beijing Union University, this article analyzed the current situation of young teachers for the deaf. It pointed out the problems in teaching deaf students in higher education, also proposed them several points.
