摘要：建立一套科学、公正的高校中层干部绩效考核指标体系是准确反映领导素质,鉴定、验证领导素质与实际岗位要求间的差距以及育人、选人、用人乃至开发领导人才等提供佐证的关键与难点。通过国内外文献的调查,提出考核指标结构,通过对高校中层领导干部考核指标必要性的实证研究,对高校中层领导干部绩效考核指标进行科学分析,为考核指标体系的构建奠定基础,成为高校中层领导干部绩效考核研究的新思路。
Establishing a set of scientific and candid check-up norm system is the key and difficut point to accurately reflect a cadre's quality,appraise and verify the gap between his quality and the requirements of the actual position he assumes as well as provide the evidence of his capability of educating,selecting and making use of the right personnel.Check-up norm structure is offered through the investigation of literature both at home and abroad.A scientific analysis is made of check-up norm after an empirical study of its necessity.It lays foundation for the construction of check-up norm system in institutions of higher learning.
