摘要：对中国创新型(高科技)企业数据库进行了研究,结果发现:企业内部并存的多元技术创新模式与创新绩效正相关,且不同技术创新模式与企业不同创新绩效之间存在差异化影响;多元技术创新模式之间存在的互补关系能正向影响企业创新绩效;企业吸收能力在技术创新模式与创新绩效之间扮演着中介变量的作用且作用程度受外在情境因素的影响。
The paper empirically tested the data of China innovative（ high-tech） firms and found that multiple patterns of technological innovation positively influence innovation performance. And there are complementary relationships among multiple patterns of technological innovation which positively influence innovation performance,and absorptive capacity plays the mediating role between patterns of technological innovation and innovation performance which influenced by external contextual factors.
