摘要:专利合作是“专精特新”企业适应外部环境变革,促进技术创新的重要途径,因而有必要探究如何通过有效的专利合作路径实现企业高质量发展。基于此,立足于技术-组织-环境(TOE)理论视角,聚焦于技术创新、组织运行和环境支持3个维度,采用模糊集定性比较分析(fsQCA)和倾向得分匹配(PSM)方法,对545家制造业“专精特新”企业的专利合作进行分析研究。结果表明:技术创新、组织运行和环境支持共同形成高水平企业专利合作的多样化组态,具体可划分为组织驱动型、政策环境驱动型、研发驱动型、技术组织驱动型、技术效能驱动型和综合能力驱动型6种专利合作模式,其中良好的组织条件是企业专利合作促进高质量发展的关键因素;不同专利合作模式对企业高质量发展的影响存在显著差异,呈现出殊途不同效的特征。在技术创新、环境支持方面,政府部门应对企业创新补贴精准发力,企业也需积极开展合作创新;而在组织内部方面,企业高管不仅需要保持创新热情,还需培养员工创新意识。
Patent cooperation is an important way for specialized,refined,differential,and innovative(SRDI)enterprises to adapt to external environmental changes and promote technological innovation.It is thus essential to investigate how enterprises can achieve high-quality development through effective patent cooperation pathways.Based on this,from the perspective of technology-organization environment(TOE)theory,focusing on three dimensions of technological innovation,organizational operation,and environmental support,fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis(fsQCA)and propensity score matching(PSM)methods were used to analyze and study the patent cooperation of 545 SRDI manufacturing enterprises.The results indicate that high-level patent cooperation among enterprises is shaped by the combined influence of technological innovation,organizational functioning,and environmental support,resulting in diverse configurations.These can be categorized into six distinct models:organization-driven,policy environment-driven,R&D-driven,technology-organization-driven,technology efficiency-driven,and comprehensive capability-driven.Among these,favorable organizational conditions serve as the critical factor for leveraging patent cooperation to drive high-quality enterprise development.There are significant differences in the impact of different patent cooperation models on the high-quality development of enterprises,presenting the characteristics of different paths and effects.In terms of technological innovation and environmental support,government departments should make precise efforts to subsidize enterprise innovation,and enterprises also need to actively carry out cooperative innovation.In terms of internal organization,corporate executives not only need to maintain innovation enthusiasm,but also need to cultivate employees'innovation awareness.
