摘要:[目的]研究芦丁及利用脂肪酶Novozym435合成的芦丁脂肪酸酯对羟自由基(.OH)和超氧阴离子自由基(O2-)的清除作用。[方法]采用紫外分光光度计法,测定芦丁及其脂肪酸脂对.OH和O2-.的清除能力。[结果]芦丁及脂肪酸酯对.OH和O2-.具有一定的清除能力,芦丁对以上2种自由基达到50%清除率所需药物浓度(EC50)分别为1.711 0和1.423 0 mg/ml;芦丁脂肪酸酯对以上2种自由基的EC50分别为0.893 3和1.358 mg/ml。[结论]芦丁脂肪酸酯能有效清除.OH和O2-.,其清除能力较同等条件下甘露醇的清除能力强。
[Objective]The aim was to study the effect of rutin and rutin fatty acid ester synthesized by the lipase Novozym435 to scavenge ·OH and O-2·.[Method]The UV spectrophotometer was adopted to determine the scavenging effect of ·OH and O-2·.[Result]Rutin and its fatty acid ester had certain scavenging effect on ·OH and O-2·,50% scavenging rate of ·OH and O-2· by rutin could be achieved under the(EC50) of 1.711 0 mg/ml and 1.4230 mg/ml respectively.While that by rutin fatty acid ester called for 0.893 3 mg/ml and 1.358 mg/ml of(EC50).[Conclusio]Rutin fatty acid ester could effectively scavenge ·OH and O-2·,its scavenging effect was better than that of mannitol under the same conditions.
