摘要:为获得高活性桦褐孔菌多糖提取工艺,以多糖提取率和α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制率为考察指标,在单因素试验的基础上,利用响应面法优化提取工艺。结果表明,高活性多糖最佳提取工艺为料液比1∶30(g∶mL),提取温度95℃,提取时间3.5h,醇沉倍数2倍,在此条件下,多糖提取率为4.61%,α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制率为92.34%。
In order to obtain the polysaccharide extraction process of Inonotus obliquus with high activity,with polysaccharide extraction rate and a-glucosidase inhibition rate as investigate indexes,on the basis of single factor experiments,the extraction process was optimized by response surface methodology.The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions of the high activity polysaccharide were solid-liquid ratio 1-30(g:ml),extraction temperature 95℃.,time 3.5 h,alcohol precipitation multiple 2.Under these conditions,the polysaccharide extraction rate was 4.61%and the a-glucosidase inhibition rate was 92.34%.
