摘要：根据教育部、商务部关于服务外包人才培养的若干意见,结合我校作为国家级和北京市级的服务外包人才培养实验区的实践,深入研究了服务外包人才培养模式及创新途径。通过在原有专业基础上分流BPO服务外包实验班的实践模式,构建了面向BPO服务外包人才的培养模式,并探讨了教学体系相关问题。
According to several opinions on service outsourcing talent cultivating of Education Ministry and Commerce Ministry, combined with the service outsourcing talent cultivation experiment of our school of the nation - level and Beijing mu- nicipal, this paper deeply studies the service outsourcing talents training mode and innovative ways. It constructs the talents training mode of BPO service outsoureing and discusses related issues about teaching system by setting up an experimental class base on original professional.
