摘要:使用超临界CO_2流体萃取法萃取雨生红球藻中的虾青素酯,通过单因素实验和正交实验设计在中试级设备考察压力、温度、流速等主要工艺参数对萃取率的影响,并优化萃取工艺。结果表明,其最优工艺条件为:萃取压力40 MPa,萃取温度60℃,流速20 L/h。在此最优工艺条件下,超临界CO_2流体萃取对雨生红球藻中虾青素酯的萃取率可达88%。该工艺条件可放大为工业化生产条件。
CO2 supercritical fluid was used in the extraction of astaxanthin esters from Haematococcus pluvialis. Single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment design test were applied in optimization of extraction process parameters including pressure,temperature and flow rate on the extraction rate. The optimized extraction conditions were :extraction pressure 40 MPa,extraction temperature 60 ℃,flow rate 20 L/h. Under the optimum conditions,the extraction rate was up to 88%. The process conditions can be enlarged for industrial production.
