摘要：区别于公司和政府组织,高校内部组织结构中存在着学术权力和行政权力这样一种二元权力系统,两种权力配置中的协调问题是影响其组织能否高效健康发展的重要因素之一。本文以民办高校为案例,剖析了这一组织结构的特点,指出中国民办高校的非对称的二元权力系统是制约其发展的重要因素之一,而学校管理民主化和职业化是从制度上保证学术自由、强化学术权力系统的有效途径。
Distinguished by corporate and government structure, academic power and administrative power which call the dual power system exist in the internal organization structure of university, whose correspondent collocation is one of essential factors which will effect its organization whether can be developed healthily. Taking private colleges for example, the article analyzes the feature of the organization structure, points out that the non-collocation dual power system is one of the important elements that restrict the development of the private high school ,and the demoralization and professionalisation of the school administration is one of the effective way to ensure academic freedom and strengthen the academic system
