摘要:从开展信息经营、兴办三产公司到发展声讯业务、培育节目市场、实施品牌经营、跨界异业探索,再到成立投融资平台、开展版权购销、推进广播购物,广播多元化经营业态随着技术、环境的变化不断演进迭代,其中有多年延续的业务形态,也有昙花一现的实践探索,勾勒出一幅生动的媒介产业运营路线图。文章立足改革开放以来不同阶段的时代背景,通过对数十家电台产业经营实践的综合考察,全面梳理广播媒体的多元化经营业态的变化,以此探析媒介产业化的演进轨迹及其内在规律。
From information management, the establishment of companies to develop audio business, cultivating market, the implementation of brand management, the crossover exploration, to establishing investment and financing platform, copyright management, and the promotion of radio shopping, the diversified management of radio broadcasting changes with the evolution of technology and the management environment. The diversified business models include not only long term business practices but also short-term investment boom, which constitutes a vivid media industry evolutionary roadmap. Based on the background of the reform and opening up, this study explores the evolutionary track of media industrialization and its internal logic through the comprehensive investigation of the operational practices of more than ten radio stations.
