摘要：基于北京市双井街道居民的活动日志调查、惯常活动空间调查和深度访谈,研究疫情前、疫情严重时期、复工时期居民时空行为的变化特征及其制约因素。疫情制约下的居民活动从家外转向家内,各类活动的时间分配发生了显著变化,特别是在疫情严重时期的休息日,居民的家庭事务时间显著增加,出行和购物活动时间大大减少。疫情期间,居民休闲活动的空间范围大大压缩,而对工作活动空间的影响主要体现为居家办公;人均出行次数减少并主要表现在公共交通出行上;而复工时期的居民活动尚未完全恢复到疫情前的状态。从常态到应急态下,权威制约增加并且显著抑制居民的家外活动,组合制约和能力制约凸显,ICTs在一定程度上帮助居民克服了时空制约;从应急态到常态,以健康信息认证为代表的权威制约仍然存在,而组合制约和能力制约则逐渐与疫情前的状况相似。
The COVID-19 has made great influence on people′s everyday life.From the perspective of time geography and by sampling 80 residents living in Shuangjing District of Beijing,this article seeks to study the space-time behavior characteristics of residents before the COVID-19,during the severe period of the COVID-19,and during the period of work recovery.The conclusions are as follows.Firstly,residents′activities were shifted from outside to home;time utilization of various activities made changed,mainly showing that time spending on family tasks increased but on travel and shopping reduced;in activity space,the COVID-19 reduced the space scope of residents′leisure activities,while its impact on work activity space was mainly reflected in remote working;the COVID-19 also reduced travel frequency and public transport travel.During the severe period of the COVID-19,the residents′activities had not yet recovered.Secondly,from normalcy to emergency,the authority constraints limited outside activities,the coupling constraints affected the schedule of activities,and the capacity constraints influenced spatial accessibility and activities′safety;from emergency to normalcy,authority constraints mainly represented by health information certification still existed,while both the coupling constraints and the capacity constraints during this period were gradually similar to those before the COVID-19.
