摘要：本文在大力发展文化产业的在政策背景下,通过梳理全球价值链和产业集群升级的相关理论,对全球价值链在不同驱动模式和治理模式下产业集群的升级机制进行了探讨;结合北京市文化产业集聚区现状,探讨了在全球价值链视角下不同行业的文化产业集群升级途径,并从体制机制方面给出产业集群升级的相关政策建议。
In this paper,we develop the cultural industry in the policy context,by combing the theory of global value chains and industrial clusters upgrading of global value chains in different drive modes and governance model,and upgrade mechanism of industrial clusters are discussed.Combined with Beijing Culture Situation industries,we discussed the upgrading path in global Value Chains in different sectors of cultural industry cluster,and gives policy recommendations related industry cluster upgrading from the institutional mechanisms.
