摘要：行政效率理论在我国的传播和发展对公文工作一直具有重要影响。本文从行政管理和公共管理的视角,对20世纪30年代以来中国公文工作效率研究和实践探索历程进行了归纳分析,并提出了当前公文工作效率研究需要克服的一些瓶颈问题。
The spread and development of the theory on administrative efficiency in China have been a ma- jor impact on official documents work. This paper, from the perspective of administration and public man- agement, mainly generalizes the research of the efficiency of official documents work in China since the1930s and the practice of its exploration course. It also raises some bottleneck problems that need to be overcome in the current studies.
