摘要:以中国知网(CNKI)中入选的中文核心期刊及CSCD期刊上发表的枸杞多糖研究文献为数据来源,运用文献计量学方法,结合科学知识图谱分析工具CiteSpace软件对纳入文献进行统计分析和内容挖掘,以揭示我国枸杞多糖研究的发展历程和知识结构。研究结果显示,我国枸杞多糖研究经历了起步探索阶段(1988—1995年)、平稳发展阶段(1996—2004年)和快速发展阶段(2005—2019年),目前枸杞多糖研究仍处于较高增长期阶段。华中农业大学张声华为发文最多的作者。发文量排名前三的研究机构全部来自宁夏回族自治区,提示枸杞多糖研究具有地域性特点。对文献进行关键词分析显示,枸杞多糖在不同时期的研究热点关键词为抗氧化、细胞凋亡、宁夏枸杞、免疫调节、生物活性、黑果枸杞等方面,研究前沿关键词为品质、枸杞多糖的化学成分、响应面法、氧化应激、免疫增效剂等方面,提示基于枸杞多糖的枸杞品质研究、枸杞多糖的生物活性及其应用研究可能是当前研究热点以及未来的发展趋势。
In this study,the bibliometrics and knowledge map were used to analyze the qualified literature of PFL(polysaccharides from the fruits of Lycium)from China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)and CSCD.Through CiteSpace,an information visualization analysis software,statistical analysis was performed on the selected literatures to reveal the process of development and knowledge structure of the research of PFL.The research of PFL showed that the research of PFL had gone through the initial exploration stage(1988—1995),stable development stage(1996—2004)and rapid growth stage(2005—2019)in China.At present,the research of PFL is still in a period of relatively high growth.The author with the most articles is Zhang Shenghua of Huazhong Agricultural University.The top three research institutions in the number of publications are all from Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region,indicating that the research on PFL has regional characteristics.The hotspots focus on anti-oxidation,apoptosis,L.barbarum Linn.,immunomodulation,biological activity,L.ruthenicum Murr.,etc.The trends of research focus on quality,chemical composition,response surface method,oxidative stress,immune synergist,etc.It is suggested that the quality,the bioactivity and application of PFL may be the current research hotspots and the future development trends.
