摘要：本文以战略性新兴产业为对象,对联盟组合开放度、非正式独占性机制与开放式创新绩效之间的关系进行实证分析。基于江西、福建、北京、广东等地调研数据,整合产业联盟理论与开放式创新理论,构建联盟组合开放度、非正式独占性机制与开放式创新绩效关系理论模型进行实证分析,以期揭示它们之间的作用机理。实证结果表明:(1)联盟组合开放度、非正式独占性机制均对开放式创新绩效有显著正向影响;(2)知识获取正向影响开放式创新绩效;(3)知识获取在联盟组合开放度、非正式独占性机制与开放式创新绩效之间存在部分中介效应;(4)知识吸收能力正向调节知识获取对开放式创新绩效的影响。
This paper takes strategic emerging industries as an object to conduct an empirical analysis of the relationship between alliance portfolio openness, informal exclusivity and open innovation performance. Based on survey data from Jiangxi, Fujian, Beijing, Guangdong, etc., integrate the theory of industrial alliance and open innovation theory, and build an empirical analysis of the theoretical model of alliance portfolio openness, informal exclusivity mechanism and open innovation performance, in order to reveal their mechanism of action. The empirical results show that:(1)the degree of alliance portfolio openness and informal exclusivity have significant positive effects on open innovation performance;(2)knowledge acquisition positively affects open innovation performance;(3)knowledge acquisition in alliance portfolio partial mediating effects exist between openness, informal exclusivity and open innovation performance;(4)knowledge absorption capacity positively regulates the impact of knowledge acquisition on open innovation performance.
