摘要：计算机软件人才的培养是数字经济时代高等教育中的重要任务之一。然而,传统的人才培养模式已无法满足学生的个性化需求和就业市场的多样化需求。因此,本文旨在探究计算机软件人才差异化定制培养模式的实现路径,提出通过构建动态化数据监测系统、打造精准教学体系、提供多方向就业指导等措施,实现计算机软件人才的差异化培养,提高人才的适应性和竞争力。
The cultivation of computer software talents is one of the critical tasks in higher education in the digital economy era.However,traditional talent cultivation models could no longer meet the personalized needs of different students and the diversified demands of the job market.Therefore,this paper aimed to explore the implementation path of a differentiated and customized training model for computer software talents,and proposed measures such as building a dynamic data monitoring system,creating a precise teaching system,and providing multi-directional employment guidance,to achieve differentiated training for computer software talents,thereby enhancing their adaptability and competitiveness.
