摘要:为提升矿用救援车辆驾驶室操作舒适性,提高人机适配性,对驾驶室进行人机工程学仿真分析,针对仿真结果提出改进设计方案。基于人机工程软件Jack,对某型号矿用救援车驾驶室进行可视域、手臂可达域、关节舒适度及驾驶员腰背部受力仿真分析。结果分析表明:驾驶员观察上方控制台超出舒适范围,手臂可达域不能完全覆盖控制台区域,局部关节舒适度超出标准范围。结合仿真结果对矿用救援车辆驾驶室进行改进设计,并对改进后的驾驶室进行仿真分析,验证改进后矿用救援车驾驶室的可行性。基于Jack软件进行的仿真分析为舱室人机设计评估提供了直观的研究方法,对舱室改进设计具有参考价值。
In order to improve the operation comfort and man-machine adaptability of the mining rescue vehicle cab,the ergonomic simulation analysis of the cab was carried out.An improved design scheme was proposed based on the simulation results.The visual field,arm reachability,joint comfort and the force on the driver's back were simulated and analyzed on a certain type of mining rescue vehicle cab.The analysis results revealed that the drivers'upper console was beyond the comfort range.The arm cannot fully cover the console area.Local joint comfort was out of the standard range.Improved design was performed on the mining rescue vehicle cab combined with the simulation results.The simulation analysis was performed on improved cab to verify the feasibility of improved cab of mining rescue vehicle.The Jack software based simulation analysis provided a more intuitive research method on man-machine design evaluation,and the results could provide reference value for the improved cabin design.
